Kids Classes
Each Kids Class introduces children and teens to a variety of yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness meditations - all aimed to help build physical strength, improve balance and concentration, boost confidence, and centre the mind.
Classes also incorporate fun partner poses and well-loved yoga games!
Classes are kept small.
Term 2, 2026 class details:
Running 9 weeks - April 21 - June 23, 2026 (excluding May 26, 2026)
Primary class (years 2-6)

St Lucia United Church Hall (opposite Ironside State School main gate). Kirsten offers 3pm pick up from Ironside.

Adult Hatha yoga class
Hatha Yoga classes involve practice of postures, breathing exercises, and relaxation. There is no pre-set structure/sequence as per MPS and Rocket classes (see below) - allowing for a new experience and different focus each class.
Current classes are 60 minutes long.

Adult Modified Primary Series (MPS) class (subject to interest)
MPS classes are comprised of sun salutations, standing postures, seated poses and relaxation. The sequence of poses are taken from the traditional Ashtanga Vinyasa primary series.
Classes are about 60 minutes long.
Rocket 1, 2, and 3 - not on offer ATM
Rocket Yoga is a dynamic, fun and fast class - primary series postures are practiced alongside inversions, back-bends and spinal twists.
Classes range from 60-90 minutes long.
